Chie Hitotsuyama is a Japanese artist who specializes in newspaper. Her work resembles life like animals, made out of rolled tubes of newspaper. Her work is vivid and detailed oriented. I can only imagine how long each piece takes her.... she explains that her work turns bad news like murders and violent crimes into beautiful pieces or art. . For my second project, I am focusing on newspapers as well, pulling out the gruesome stories of violent crimes and blowing them up, all sureounding a skull.
